(“we”, “us”, “our”) and any related services. By using VideoTasker, you agree to follow this Policy
in addition to our Terms of Service.
1. General Principles
VideoTasker is designed to help you automate the creation of YouTube-ready videos from written
content. You are responsible for all content you provide, generate, upload, or publish using
the platform.
You agree not to use VideoTasker in any way that:
- Violates applicable laws or regulations
- Violates YouTube’s or other platforms’ community guidelines or terms
- Harms or exploits other people
- Damages or disrupts our systems or services
2. Prohibited Content
You must not use VideoTasker to create, upload, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, defamatory, fraudulent, or misleading
- Promotes violence, hate, harassment, or discrimination
- Contains explicit sexual content or exploits minors
- Incites self-harm or dangerous activities
- Infringes the intellectual property rights of others
- Contains malicious code, spam, or deceptive links
3. Copyright and Intellectual Property
You are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary rights to any content used with
VideoTasker, including:
- Articles and text content used as source material
- Logos, overlays, images, and branding assets
- Music or audio uploaded for background use
Do not use VideoTasker to create videos that knowingly infringe copyright, trademarks,
or other proprietary rights.
4. Automated Use, Abuse & Fair Usage
You must not:
- Attempt to bypass plan limits, quotas, or rate limits
- Automate sign-ups or create large numbers of fake accounts
- Use the service for bulk spam or low-quality mass content
- Reverse engineer, scrape, or copy significant portions of the platform
We reserve the right to apply fair usage limits or take action if usage patterns
negatively impact the stability or performance of VideoTasker.
5. Security and Access
You agree not to:
- Attempt to access accounts or data that are not yours
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without permission
- Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- Share your login credentials or API keys in a way that compromises security
6. Platform Integrations (YouTube & Others)
When you connect your YouTube channel or other third-party accounts, you must follow their
respective terms and policies. You remain responsible for:
- Ensuring your videos comply with platform rules
- Ensuring your metadata (titles, descriptions, tags) is honest and non-deceptive
- Not using automation to manipulate views, clicks, or engagement
7. Enforcement
If we believe you are breaching this Policy, we may take one or more of the following actions:
- Issue a warning or request that you change your usage
- Limit certain features or apply stricter usage caps
- Suspend or terminate your account
- Block access from specific IPs or devices
- Cooperate with law enforcement where required

If you suspect that someone is misusing VideoTasker or violating this Policy,
please contact us as soon as possible:
